We are excited to announce that the International BBQ Festival taking place in Sydney in August 2013, will now include the fantastic world of The Chilli, becoming the “International BBQ and Chilli Festival!”

Chilli and BBQ are obvious and perfect partners: from flaming sauces to spicy salsas and delicious hot marinades! Chilli bastings, Chilli beer, chilli chocolate, chilli foods, smoked chilli- and just chilli chilli! 

And so , along with all things awesome about BBQ- the food, the beer, the competition, the music- we have added a touch of spice!

Sydney's biggest gathering of BBQ, Chilli, Beer & Blues enthusiasts !

A dream day out for BBQ & CHILLI fanatics, Beer lovers & Blues enthusiasts alike - many of Sydney's finest Pit Masters, Chilli Chefs, Brew Masters, Boutique Wineries and Blues Musicians will come together for one sensational weekend. The line up may be too much for a one day visit.

There will be heaps happening and so much to see, hear and do - Be sure to revert back to the website regularly to find out what will be happening and when. We sincerely hope you can handle loads of fun.

THE FESTIVAL

The International BBQ & BEER Festival was launched in October 2012 in Adelaide. The success of the Adelaide Festival as well as public requests to host the festival in other centers encouraged us to take the concept interstate. The month of March 2013 the festival was hosted in Melbourne for the first time under the Umbrella Program of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival. The logical next stop is Sydney then back to Adelaide in November. 2014 will see the BBQ Festival include Brisbane and Perth on the annual Festival tour.

Visitors to the Sydney Festival will enjoy a new ad on, as in Chilli.  BBQ & CHILLI & BEER enthusiasts will come together and visitors will be exposed to the best CHILLI & BBQ foods that Sydney restauranteers and artisan food suppliers have to offer.   

BLUES, BREWS, CHILLI & BBQ
